Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unused
• In original condition
• With the tag intact and attached

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Warranty

Our acetate accessories come with a 15-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes:

• Breakage upon arrival
• Discoloration not caused by misuse
• Hardware issues (e.g., loose clips or hinges)

Please note:

• The warranty does not cover damage due to drops, water, or mishandling.
• Items showing signs of use, without tags, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return or warranty claim.
